Thank you for choosing Hotel Diria Santa Cruz! For your own convenience and comfort, we ask you to please respect the following policies, terms and conditions:
• The maximum number of people permitted in the Standard and Premium per rooms are 3.
• The maximum number of people permitted in the Family Rooms per rooms are 9.
• Children 5 years old and over pay full price.
• Taxes are not included (13% V.A.T.)
• Official Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. & Check-out time is 12:00 Noon. Special Check-in and Check-out times are flexible and can be approved by the front desk, depending on availability. Please let us know if you need a different schedule. Extensions to the official schedule may result in additional costs.
• 50% of total cost of your booking will be charged to your card the day you book, unless you are booking a Non-Refundable Rate.
• If you book a Non-Refundable Rate, 100% of your booking will be charged to your card the day you book.
• Pets are not allowed.
• We reserve the right of admission. Hotel Diria Santa Cruz is committed to the Code of Conduct against sexual abuse of minors and all prostitution activities. These activities are not permitted in the hotel under any circumstances.
• The hotel entrance is controlled by a security guard to guarantee our guests safety.
Our cancellation policies are the following:
• During Green Season, from May 1st through December 20th: 100% refund if cancellation is made 24 hours prior to your check-in day. If cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to your check-in day, one night will be charged to your card. *This does not apply for Non-Refundable Rates.
• The guest will be refunded 100% of the money paid if cancellation is made 72 hours prior to your check-in day. If cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to your check-in day, one night room + tax will be charged to your card. *This does not apply for Non-Refundable Rates.
• During Holiday Season, from December 18th through January 3rd: 100% of your booking will be charged to your card and it is not refundable.
• Non Refundable Rate: 100% of your booking will be charged to your card and it is not refundable.
• Spacial dates may have different cancelation policies. This will be stated prior to making your reservations.
THE NON REFUND POLICY APPLIES TO NO SHOWS AND TO EARLY DEPARTURES.
Any change or cancellation must be sent in writing to info@hotelDiria.com – NO CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS WIL BE ACCEPTED BY VERBAL AGREEMENT OR VIA TELEPHONE.
Any reservation changes are subject to availability.
